This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information Capital Dog Training Club of Austin, Inc. (“CDTCA,” “us,” “we” or “our”) collects through our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including without limitation https://www.capitoldogtrainingclubofaustin.org/ and any related subdomain names (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not govern our collection of personal information through any website or other means, other than through the Site.

Actively Collected Information – You may be asked to provide personal information if you wish to register as a user of the Site, to submit information or request information from us, or to use the services offered through the Site, such as, creating a CDTCA profile, donating to CDTCA, and registering and/or paying through our online system. If you decide to make any purchases through the Site, we will collect your payment card information, billing, and shipment information through a third party (PayPal), including without limitation your credit/debit card number, credit/debit card expiration date, credit/debit card type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), and name and address to bill you for such purchase.

Passively Collected Information – We may collect certain information about your use of the Site by tracking technologies or by other passive means. We may use analytics applications such as Google Analytics to help us collect and analyze this information. Online Record Keeping Service, Registration, or Club Information: Any information entered into our Site in relation to registering a profile, a class, or an event will be accessible by CDTCA administrators who will have the authority to enter and change information.
